• Send Star/Smiley scale with the follow-up message to let users rate conversation with the chatbot

• Custom form fields (Text field, Choice, Date, Time, etc)

Reviews (3 features)

• Options to set different position on mobile and desktop (floating badge)

• Filter reviews by minimum text length

• Add ticker layout

Display business logo instead of the latest profile image in owner's reply
