Folks, we’re happy to announce that you can now schedule when your AI Chatbot appears on your website! 
With the new scheduling option, you can control chatbot visibility by day, time, and specific dates — giving you more flexibility over when your visitors can interact with it.
Where can I find the new option?
You can find the new scheduling settings in the Visibility section on the Settings tab of your widget settings:
How does the schedule work?
For each day of the week, you can choose whether your chatbot should be:
- Hidden all day
- Visible all day
- Visible during specific hours only
If you need a different schedule for a specific date, you can use the Date Overrides option.
Which time zone does the schedule follow?
The schedule follows the time zone selected in the Language & Region section of your widget settings:
