What’s inside the update?
Embed layout
In addition to the Floating Chat option, we’ve introduced the Embed layout.
You can select it in Placement & Layout section on the Settings tab and adjust the chat’s width and height to your liking:
The Embed layout gives you more design freedom and allows you to place the bot exactly where it fits best 
Display triggers (floating chat)
You can now control when the floating chat appears, helping you engage visitors at the right moment without being intrusive.
In Placement & Layout section , for Greeting & Suggested Questions and Open Chat Automatically start mode, choose when the chat opens:
- On Page Load
- After Delay
This helps you create a smoother and more strategic first interaction 
Visibility on pages and devices
With the new visibility controls, you can decide exactly where the widget appears, showing it only on specific pages or devices to keep your website clean and targeted.
You’ll find these options in the Visibility section on the Settings tab:
