Inside the Results panel, we see a badge showing “1932” non-viewed chats (red dots).
Since we already review all chat activity via email notifications, we need a bulk “Mark as Read” or “Clear All” function to dismiss this counter.
Love the new results summary page. Would be great to have the option to mark all as ‘read’

I agree that it would be an awesome enhancement and this idea is already on the WIshlist. If more users support this request, we’ll try to consider it down the line
