View chat and lead history in the widget configurator
I need to look into AI chat history, for customer service that is a must. I will not let AI Chatbot talk to my customers if this feature doesn’t exist.

Yes, it would be great to have an access to Inbox view, to see the list of visitor discussion and visitor filled contact form.
And a status indicator (read/unread and “done” or archived)
