Ability to view chat history in the configurator

View chat and lead history in the widget configurator

I need to look into AI chat history, for customer service that is a must. I will not let AI Chatbot talk to my customers if this feature doesn’t exist.

Yes, it would be great to have an access to Inbox view, to see the list of visitor discussion and visitor filled contact form.
And a status indicator (read/unread and “done” or archived)

We’ve decided to reconsider our approach to this task, this is why we’re putting this feature on hold for now.

But worry not, this idea is not abandoned and we’re hopeful to get back to it soon. We’ll update you here as soon as we have more news :slightly_smiling_face:

In my opinion, this feature is no longer required. The widget has the ability to send all chats to the user’s email address (as noted above by @Max).

In my case, I created a new emaill address labeled chatsupport@mysite.com. All chats go to that email address’ inbox and are managed accordingly. Emails (i.e., chats) received constitute our “chat history.”

That does not give you automatic insights into what the chats are about.

Can you be more specific? Give examples? The feature request description does not mention “automatic insights” nor analytics.
