Be able to see chats in the interface and improve answers for the bot

I want to see chats in the interface and be able to train the bot by improving answers given.

If I got it right, you’d like to see all chats with your clients right in the configurator instead of checking them in the email inbox every time, right?

If so, this feature was previously requested on the Wishlist and you can upvote it here :wink: - Ability to view chat history in the configurator

I second @Jon_Heidar_Ragnheida’s request. Perhaps Team Elfsight can add a “Log” section to the configurator (left bar) for this purpose.

When “Log” is clicked, a table (or similar) displaying the following information would be helpful: Chat No., Date, URL, Delete Icon. Upon clicking a given “Chat No.” the entire chat (HTML format) would appear in the configurator’s chatbot field.

Top-Level Caveats:

(1) Security: Chat content could be sensitive. Since Team Elfsight has access to the configurator, privacy will need to be addressed.
(2) Storage: Over time, a large number of chats could be saved, so Elfsight’s servers will need to provide sufficient storage space to accommodate the saved chats.
