I have not been able to back up all the settings and chats from the Chatbot.
I spoked to Mike and he suggest it that I request this feature for the Chatbot.

I am glad to say that we’re currently working on the feature that lets you view all conversations right in the dashboard. Please upvote this idea to get notified about the release: Ability to view chat history in the configurator
Regarding an option to back up settings, could you please describe why you need this feature? This would help us understand your use case better

The main content for backing up the settings we have and particularly all the Questions and Answers.
We spend lots of time getting this information, and it will be very helpful to have a backup, so we can analyze and work on adding additional concerns of our customers.
At the same time, what happens if for any reason, this data got erased? We will have to start from scratch all over again

Got it, thanks for clarification! We’ll have this idea in mind and see for more votes from others 
I’d also like to note that we can restore the widget revision with added Q&A if they accidentally got erased.
