I’d like to be able to export data from the chatbot such as settings or instructions or questions etc.

Interesting idea, thanks for sharing! Let’s see if it catches on with the community 
During early testing and training of our AI chatbot, we frequently edited the training documents, Instructions, and configuration settings. When a change didn’t produce the desired result, we restored a previous version from backup copies saved on a local PC.
It might be helpful if the Elfsight panel let users download a single ZIP file with all current configurations and files, along with an option to restore them later or compare versions over time—similar to features found in some database tools.
The challenge is designing this feature to be simple and intuitive enough not to confuse users.
Curious to hear what kind of “save” and “restore” options others would find useful.

Any updates on this? It would be great to integrate this with Google Sheets or a webhook so we can easily integrate the chatbot with clients’ CRMs. Thank you @Max

Unfortunately, we don’t have any updates to share at the moment, as our dev team is currently focused on requests with a higher priority level.
If more users support this idea, it may help move it higher on the list. It’s hard to make any predictions right now, but we’ll definitely keep an eye on it.
