Admin should be able to see all chats that happened between customer and AI after chat ends and their record is saved for analysis.

I am happy to say that the chat transcripts can be sent to your email address. For this. open the Email Notifications section on the Settings tab and add the email, where you’d like the chat transcripts to be sent:
