is it possible to change chat history senders email subject line and elf email brand?

Would be great if the email received with Chat Transcript came from either a custom name (Ai Assist Name) or business name vs Elfsight so these transcripts could sent to multiple emails and or business owners as well as widget moderator to keep adding content based on user input.

Please allow sub domains and white label for the AI Chatbot. This will allow us to grow the widget products more quickly.

Is it possible, when the AI chat history is sent by email, to adjust the sender’s email address (and name) and the Elfsight branding in the footer?
I have several clients who would like to use the AI chatbot, but I would prefer the Elfsight branding to be customizable.

Unfortunately, it’s impossible to make the email with the chat history white-label, but this idea is already on the Wishlist. I’ve merged your comment with the related thread, where we’ll keep you updated :slightly_smiling_face:

I’d be happy if there were workaround steps for this one. It’s something we’ve accomplished with other widgets using a bit more coding. Often worth it to have it all properly branded.

Sounds reasonable! While we don’t have any workarounds for this case, we’ll inform you here in case of any possible solutions :wink:

That would be great; however, this non-customizable white-label option limits us to installing it on clients’ websites and is the reason we are not upgrading our package to the Enterprise plan. Since all emails are sent from Elfsight, as an agency we can’t implement this on our clients’ sites due to the direct promotion of Elfsight.
