Is it possible to create a notify me section of the ai chatbot as opposed to just the Send Chat History to Email tab. If we have a notify me section, it allows the ability to select a Name of the sender as opposed to the default Elf ai chatbot as the sender. For example I have two chatbots for two different websites, it will be nice to be able to change the name in the subject line, allowing us to differentiate which chatbot is which.

Right now, it’s impossible to do this, but this idea sounds interesting, and I’ve moved it to the Wishlist.
