This is crucial for anyone offering lead gen services to a client - we need to see the chatbot traffic as well as the client. We also need a way to capture the contact info into a CRM or something similar.

Unfortunately, this solution wonāt work. If you add multiple recipients separated with a comma, the transcript wonāt be delivered to any address.
However, we agree that it would be awesome to have an option for multiple recipients, and weāll try to think about it in the future ![]()
Hi, I have had a client request whether it would be possible for more than one email address to receive the chatbot conversation. I could try to add email forwarding, but it would be nice to have some more options within the chatbot configuration.
