Ability to add more email recipients to the widget (+ add the possibility to send the transcript to the website visitors)

The request to send the chat history to the visitors is already on the Wishlist. Please upvote it here - Send chat history to website visitors.

As for adding more recipients, this idea sounds great, and we’ll try to think it over in the future updates :slightly_smiling_face:

This is crucial for anyone offering lead gen services to a client - we need to see the chatbot traffic as well as the client. We also need a way to capture the contact info into a CRM or something similar.

I completely get your case and agree that an option to add multiple recipients is important for lead collection. Hopefully, this idea gets more votes from the Community and the devs will be able to consider it :slightly_smiling_face:
