Thanks Max, I meant the email that it comes from. Right now it comes from Ellfsight but i’d rather it worked like the form builder and we can choose the email sender, subject line, etc. A customer can easily get the email with the transcript and skip my service and do it themselves. Another great option is to implement the Google Sheets integration. Would be a whole lot easier to keep organized and track of information coming through and make tweaks from the interactions from the Ai.

Regarding the Google Sheets integration, you’d like to use for collection the info about customers, am I right?

I’ll vote for that I had looked for it on the wishlist before i messaged you but must have overlooked. The Google Integration would be great for the transcript info - would help to better train and keep track versus a cluttered email inbox.

Google Sheet spreadsheets have cells, where the info is usually pulled. So, for example, the fields in our Forms get a separate cell in the spreadsheet, where the submitted info is pulled.
However, I am not quite sure how it should work with the chat transcript since it doesn’t have any fields, just a plain text. Could you please elaborate on it?
