Add the option to download the chat history and email it to the bot owner
@backhome84 This feature is already available in the app. You just need to enable Send Chat History to Email option and add the needed email address to the Owner Email field:
Once the interaction is over, you’ll receive a chat copy to your email address. Does this work for you or you’d like to have specifically an option to download conversations?
