The AI chatbot widget already includes a chat transcript email which is automatically sent to the email address configured for this purpose in the “Owner Email” field of the “General Settings” tab.
At the end of this email, there is a footer with the following text:
This is an automated notification email from your Elfsight AI Chatbot widget. You can edit notification settings for this email in your dashboard.
My request is to change the sentence “from your Elfsight AI Chatbot widget” by “from your AI Assistant” or something similar making this message unbranded for the subscribers.
