I checked your question with our devs, and they let me know that currently it’s not possible. However, I get why you want that, and such a request is already in our Wishlist: Ability to add more email recipients to the widget. Vote for it there to get notified of any changes
As a workaround, I would recommend you to set a redirect from the email you set as an Owner email to the one(s) you need at an email provider’s side. This way, all emails with our transcripts will be forwarded to the needed mailboxes
