Issue with transcript delivery

We already have a request to display messages in the dashboard. Feel free to upvote it here - Ability to view chat history in the configurator.

The chat history isn’t being delivered to your inbox because you’ve added 2 email addresses to the Owner Email field:

Currently, only 1 recipient is supported in the app. Thus, you should remove one of the emails to resolve the issue.

By the way, we have a separate request for the multiple email recipients. If you’d like to see this feature released, please upvote this idea too :wink: - Ability to add more email recipients to the widget - #4 by Max
