- I’m not able to locate the chat notification transcript via email added notifications@forms.elfsightmail.com to my contact list and checked all folders and did a test with the chat and waited over 10 mins and still not able to locate the transcript via email. I also did a test email to send all chat notification by testing the connection.

Chat transcripts aren’t sent when testing directly from the configurator — they’re only sent when testing the widget after it’s installed or via the Share Link.
I see from your support ticket that the issue has been resolved and everything is working correctly now.
