I completely get your case and agree that an option to add multiple recipients is important for lead collection. Hopefully, this idea gets more votes from the Community and the devs will be able to consider it 
As for sending the form data to CRM, this request is also on the Wishlist. Feel free to upvote it here: Send form info to CRM.
