Hi, can anyone tell me why it takes so long to get the email notification about ai chat conversations, as well those that fill out the chatbot form? The notifications are significantly delayed. Is there any work around?

The thing is that the chat is automatically closed after 10-minute period of inactivity and only after this the chat transcript is sent to your email address.
I’ve checked our database and see that everything is working fine: the chat history was sent in 10 minutes after the last activity:
