Which language model does the AI Chatbot use?
The AI Chatbot runs on the GPT-4 mini model.

What’s the typical response speed of the AI?
The AI usually responds within 5–10 seconds. If it takes much longer, this may happen due to an overly long or complex instruction.
Try simplifying your instruction. If that doesn’t help, let us know — we’ll gladly check it for you ![]()
If I copy the widget, will the knowledge base be kept?
Unfortunately, no. When you copy a widget, the assistant’s training data isn’t duplicated — you’ll need to train it again.

How does the Language setting affect my messages?
The Language setting defines the email language, time format, and some interface text.
It doesn’t affect the chatbot’s language — the bot will respond in whichever language your users speak.
Can the widget elements be translated automatically based on my website’s language?
This feature isn’t supported yet, but it’s already on our Wishlist.

Chat history email and contact form 
How does the 'Send Chat History to Email' feature work?
After 5 minutes of inactivity, the chatbot sends a follow-up message (if enabled).
After 10 minutes, the chat closes and the conversation is sent by email (if configured).
Inactivity means no input from the user.
When is a chat history email sent?
An email will be sent if:
- There’s been no activity for 10 minutes
- ‘Send Chat History to Email’ is enabled in the configurator
- The chat is not happening inside the configurator
How long are chat histories stored?
All chat histories are stored indefinitely — we don’t delete any conversations.
Can the bot send a contact form during or after a conversation?
Currently, the form can only be sent with the greeting message or after the first reply.

Can I add custom fields to the contact form?
For now, only default fields can be added:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Consent Checkbox

Can I make form completion required before continuing the chat?
This option isn’t supported yet, but it’s already on our Wishlist. You can upvote it here:

Can chat history emails be white-labeled?

What’s the storage limit for files and data?
Storage depends on your subscription plan:
For files: 1 char = 1 byte
For text blocks and Q&A: 1 char = 1 symbol
How can I check my current storage usage?
At the moment, it’s not possible to track your storage usage, but this feature is on our Wishlist.

What’s the message limit for the AI Chatbot?
Message limits depend on your subscription plan:
Only user messages count toward the limit — not chatbot replies ![]()
Is there a message limit per conversation?
Yes, there is a limit of 100 messages within one conversation thread. This limit is set to maintain good performance. Custom limits or message counting to warn users are not possible.
What happens when the message limit is reached?
When the limit is reached, the widget will deactivate and disappear from your site. You’ll see a notification in the configurator.
The message limit resets monthly, on the day your Lite or paid subscription was created. If you don’t want to wait until the limit is reset, you should upgrade your subscription plan. ![]()
Do messages sent during training count toward the limit?
Yes. Messages sent from the configurator also count toward your limit.
We need to strike a balance between keeping our widgets high-quality and affordable. Since every interaction with the bot comes with an additional cost, usage limits are just necessary now.

How does the AI use Q&A and Text Blocks?
Q&A and Text Blocks help the AI learn about your business, but it doesn’t quote them word-for-word.
Instead, the model combines information from different sources, which may sometimes lead to small inaccuracies.
How do I train the AI assistant with a URL?
When you add a URL, the chatbot uses your site to gather basic information and build an initial instruction — it doesn’t train directly on the site content.
Make sure your website uses HTTPS, as HTTP isn’t supported.
How many web pages can I add to the AI Chatbot?
You can add up to 200 web pages. The chatbot will use the content from these pages to respond to user inquiries.

How can I update the web pages in the widget?
If your website content changes, click Retrain to refresh the chatbot’s knowledge.

What if my website is password-protected?
The chatbot can’t access password-protected pages. You’ll need to manually add the information you’d like it to use.
