It would be great to see how many chars were used and how many are left / total storage limit

Why should we vote for something that your customers need to know as the number of consumed “views” or used widgets? This should be mandatory information from your side ..

I completely agree — having the character and message limit visible in the dashboard would be super helpful. And I’m really sorry it’s not there just yet.
The main reason we haven’t added it in the first version is that it’s a bit more complex than it might seem — it needs thoughtful planning, proper testing, and a few technical steps to make sure everything works smoothly. Since we didn’t want to delay the launch of the AI Chatbot widget, we decided to leave it out of the initial release.
I totally understand how this might be frustrating, and I really appreciate your patience and understanding 
That said, this feature definitely hasn’t been dropped — it’s still on our radar, and we’re hoping to bring it in with one of the future updates. We’ll make sure to share any news here as soon as we have it
