Hey Max,

Would this feature request and this one Form Submission be the same as capturing basic customer details like name, email address, and phone number prior to the start of chat session?

This is the usual best practice flow I’ve seen being used.

Form submission request implies the form with the standard set of fields (like Email, Name, Phone Number) that can’t be edited.

And in this request, we consider the opportunity to customize the form fields

@Master_Web In the first iteration, the form won’t be a required condition for starting the chat. However, you’ll be able to control when it’s sent: with the Welcome Message or after a 1st response

Please add more form functionalities. I would like to be able to add open text fields, multiple choice questions, consent checkbox for terms and conditions, general information fields, anything that helps to get a lot more info from the customer in order to generate a good pricing offer.

We need more info fom the lead, more than just name, phone nr and email.
