You can now send transcript emails from a custom domain: AI Chatbot: Send chat history from a custom domain
The next step is giving you the option to remove this footer from the emails:
We don’t have an exact timeline for this feature yet, but it’s something we’re planning to explore in Q2 this year.

We’ll try to add an option to edit/remove the footer text in the future. We’ll update you here as soon as we have any news 
Why can’t you just remove it in the meantime? It’s just a piece of code that can easily be hidden from your side.
I don’t think they’ll ever remove the footer. It’s been almost 2 years of waiting for 10 minutes of work on their end.

You see, we have a set roadmap for the features we’re developing, and at the moment there are a lot of requests with the higher priority our devs are working on.
While it may seem like a simple addition, the white-label option is actually a complex feature that requires careful planning to implement properly. At the same time, we understand how important the full white-label feature is and devs plan to explore this request in Q2 this year.
I’d like to assure you that this idea hasn’t been forgotten, and we’ll update you here as soon as there’s news from the dev team.

Thank you for your reply. We are not requesting white-label functionality for this, only the removal of the footer text mentioning Elfsight, including the link to your website.
Yes, the footer removal is the final step towards the complete white label emails and this is exactly what we’re going to explore soon. We’ll keep you updated
