Following the recent release of your AI Chatbot feature (Results), I have identified a few issues and feature requests that need attention:
Knowledge Gaps Badge Persistence: Our “Results” button displays a badge showing “9+”, which represents unresolved Knowledge Gaps. However, all of our knowledge gaps are already resolved, yet the badge remains visible. (See screenshot below)
Button Layout / Navigation Flow: The “Results” button needs to be positioned after the “Install” button. This sequence better aligns with the navigation flow when clicking through the interface. (See screenshot below)
Resolved Knowledge Gaps Display: Although all of our knowledge gaps are resolved, they still appear inside our Results container, creating unnecessary clutter. An option to hide or clear resolved gaps would be greatly appreciated. (See screenshot below)
Bulk Action for Unread Chats: Inside the Results panel, we see a badge showing “1932” non-viewed chats (red dots). Since we already review all chat activity via email notifications, we need a bulk “Mark as Read” or “Clear All” function to dismiss this counter.
The notification 9+ badge appears because of the unread chats (not knowledge gaps). If you read all the messages, this badge will disappear. Regarding the idea 4 (to read all messages at once), I agree that it would be a nice feature and I’ve added it to the Wishlist: Mark as read button for all chats in Results section
We’ve previously discussed with you the button repositioning in the Changelog thread and I’ve passed your thoughts to the devs
Regarding the knowledge gaps display, with the current logic the Results section shows the history of all gaps (not just the ones that were resolved). However, I totally get your point and we’re currently thinking about adding a Resolved status to such gaps. I’ll update you here if any news comes up
Thanks, Max. I created this topic to capture all requests related to Elfisght’s Results feature. You can delete the comments I made in your post announcing the new feature.
Hey, Max. On second thought, this should not be a feature. It should be a functionality that your developers should have implemented from the get-go. If you disagree, can you then provide a method for marking the chat conversations as “Read”? We have over 1,900 chat conversations labeled as unread (red dot) although we already viewed (read) all of them in our email notifications.
I totally get your point, but, unfortunately, there is no way to sync viewed transcripts in the email inbox with the unread chats displayed in the Results section.
Adding a Mark All as Read button could be a nice solution in this case and we’ll try to think about it in the future
Your developers are very talented. Adding some sort of bulk action function (e.g., “selected messages”, “select all”) is what should work and, hopefully, what they will consider.
