If you had chats during the previous month, we’ll automatically send a performance report on the 1st day of the new month to the email addresses added in your settings.
The feature is enabled by default, but you can turn it off anytime in Settings → Email Notifications → Send Performance Reports.
You can add up to 5 recipient email addresses to receive reports:
Your chatbot analytics are already available in the dashboard, but reports make it easier to share performance insights with others.
For example, if you manage AI Chatbots for clients, you can send them regular updates about their chatbot activity without giving them access to your account. It’s a simple way to keep clients informed and show the value your AI Chatbot brings.
Folks, what do you think of the new feature? Share your feedback in the comments — we’d love to hear from you
Is there a method or mechanism that allows users to send the report manually (i.e., on demand)? If not, can you provide one?
It appears your developers either ignored or did not take a look at my report suggestions. They include information that – in our team’s opinion – are more useful than what is currently offered. Can you help us with that?
At the moment, there’s no option to send reports manually on demand. However, this is a great idea, and I’ve added it to our Wishlist so our team can consider it for future improvements. Feel free to upvote it here: Add an option to send performance reports manually (by request)
For now, the available workaround is to capture the needed data for a specific time period from the Analytics section in the dashboard and share it manually:
Great! Just now, I amended my previous comment. If deemed useful, I hope the feature is implemented regardless of the “wish list” vote count received. Cheers!
The current Reports release is the first step in making chatbot performance data more accessible. It is based on the analytics metrics that are already available in the dashboard and allows users to receive regular summaries.
We agree that the metrics you mentioned (such as popular requests, visitor trends, and others) can provide additional insights and help users better understand how their chatbot is performing.
These are valuable ideas, and we’ll try to consider them for future iterations of analytics and reports.
At this stage, we’re focusing on understanding how customers use the existing analytics and reports features and gathering feedback to determine which additional insights would bring the most value.
Thanks again for sharing your suggestions. We’ll keep your suggestions in mind as we continue improving the reporting capabilities
