Generate Statistics or Reports

Dear All,

We like this feature! In addition to reporting “Widget Views” and “No. of Messages” generated, a decidated backend dashboard with the following (additional) metrics would be helpful:

  1. Popular Requests. Represented by the highest number of common inquiries and/or keywords entered in the chatbox. This will help the widget owner improve bot training and focus more on the the highest product and/or service attractors.
  2. Conversion Rate. Represented by the number of visitors that send an email to the widget owner after the chatbox is closed. Useful to detemine if the widget’s form is truly helping both parties (i.e., widget owner and visitors).
  3. Traffic. Represented by the days/times when the widget is used most. This information can be provided in graphical format (similar to what Google does). This will help the widget owner optimize resource allocation.
  4. Bounce Rate. Represented by the average amount of time a visitor spends using the widget. This will help the widget owner fix widget issues (e.g., widget colors, widget position, quality of answers., etc.)
  5. Visitors. Represented by the number of unique visitors that use the owner’s widget. The number of visitors can be filtered by day, week, month, and year.
  6. Bot Response Time. Represented by the average amount of time it takes the bot to respond to a visitor’s query. Helpful to determine if there’s an issue with the server(s), code, training, etc.
