Can we expect to get some general data of chatbot for instance how many people used the bot or the type of questions they are asking.
Hi, could you share more about your use case — especially what kinds of decisions you’re hoping to make based on the data?
In our experience, the most useful way to review chatbot performance is by looking at individual Q&A records using the “Send Chat History to Email” feature. One thing that surprises us is how many vague or unanswerable questions people ask — for example, things like “how much does it cost?” from our homepage, where we offer many differently priced products. We use questions like these to improve our training documents.
For us, just seeing a list of plain-text questions wouldn’t be especially helpful. Without each corresponding chatbot answer — which can include formatting and links— we’d lose important context. That’s why we would not expect a CSV-style summary download to be very useful.
To help us manage the chatbot history, we set up a rule in our email client to automatically copy emails with the subject line “AI Chatbot: New Chat Transcript” to a dedicated folder. That way, it’s easy to scan through conversations and spot patterns without missing key details.

At the moment, there is no way to get the data you’ve mentioned, but this idea is already on the Wishlist - Generate Statistics or Reports.

- Number of messages received or answered by bot (weekly & monthly)
- Number of unanswered messages by bot
- The language in which we are receiving most of our questions.
