Looking to change the default texts in your AI Chatbot? You can edit button labels, form fields, notifications, error messages, and other text elements directly from the widget settings 
To find this option, go to Settings → Language & Region → Edit Text:
There you’ll find a list of all customizable text elements. Just click on any of them and replace the default wording with your own:
This is a quick way to adjust the chatbot’s wording and make it better match your website
