Folks, we’re excited to introduce new integrations for AI Chatbot — Calendly, Cal.​com, and Slack! 
With this update, you can turn conversations into booked meetings right from your website and make sure your team never misses a new chat.
What’s New?
Let visitors book meetings with Calendly or Cal.com
You can now let website visitors book a meeting directly from the AI Chatbot using your connected Calendly or Cal.com calendar.
This means fewer extra steps for potential customers: once they’re ready to talk, they can choose an available time without leaving the conversation.
How to set it up

Go to the Integrations tab and connect either Calendly or Cal.com.

Click on the Add Skill button. Then paste a public link to your calendar and describe when the booking button should appear during the conversation.
How it works for your website visitors

The chatbot shows a “Book a Meeting” button when the conditions you’ve set are met.

When the visitor clicks it, a popup opens with the embedded Calendly or Cal.com booking widget.

The visitor chooses an available time and submits the booking

A confirmation is sent to the specified email address.
Note: meetings can currently be rescheduled or canceled only through the confirmation email sent by the booking platform.
Get notified about new chats in Slack
You can now connect AI Chatbot to your Slack workspace and receive notifications about new chats in the channel you choose:
