Hi there, @Rodo_Pyrovolaki and welcome to the Community :waving_hand:

You me the voice input, right?

At the moment, there is no way to add a voice feature to the widget, but we have this idea on the Wishlist.

If this request gets more votes, we’ll try to consider it in the future :slightly_smiling_face:

What would be a great feature is to have this Chat Bot that im feeding information to, to be able to chat in voice on my website. So you could ask it a question and it talk back in voice.

Create a widget that can be added to the website as a voice agent.

Hi there @Get_Sensora_AI :waving_hand:

Thanks for adding your idea to the Wishlist!

Do you mean an app like our AI Chatbot, but the chatbot should send voice messages?

Exactly that it has the voice option, I think it is something that is all the rage and could be a very desired widget.

There are some interesting voice agents, I think you could do better.

Absolutely! We’d love this feature. Also, please review this post (similar subject) for other buttons that would be extremely useful to widget users. Cheers!

When the user searches for a property on my website through the AI chat botra, instead of being able to write, there is also a microphone to speak, like all applications now, instead of being able to write, there is a microphone that you can also speak, very simply.

Thanks a lot for your suggestion, @_RE1gr!

I’ve moved your suggestion to another similar request called Voice chat. We’ll try to think in this direction, especially if we see other users are interested in this functionality too :folded_hands:t2:

Hey @Helga,

I know you guys are on it! Thank you.

Just in case, to give you a visual, adding the buttons (functionalities) shown below should satisfy this Wishlist request and many similar ones posted in this community for the AI Chatbot widget. If you’re curious, please visit intercom for a live demo of the suggested buttons.

The best part is that Elfsight’s AI Chatbot message container already has the “real estate” to add the suggested buttons. Details:

The noted buttons can be enabled/disabled (individually) via the User’s AI Chatbot widget settings.

Not sure this helps, but you get the idea! :light_bulb:

Cheers!

Thank you for sharing @AeroConsultants. And I appreciate that the @ElfsightBot added this to the Wishlist.

Hi @Max, @Helga, Community et al.:sparkles:,

I recall Elfsight had “contest” about features the Community would want for the AI Chat Bot Widget. Though I didn’t enter, since I hadn’t really tinkered deeply with the AI Chatbot Widget at the time.

I now think developing voice chat should be the “Number One (#1*) Feature In Development*” for the AI Chat Bot widget. Or, risk being replaced by alternatives. @Get_Sensora_AI shared 3 such alternatives. @Rodo_Pyrovolaki and @HURGHADA_DIGITAL seem to need the feature urgently, and are at risk of finding alternatives.

The feature should not really wait on Community votes, in my opinion. 8 months (since voice chat added) in the “Age of AI”, is hundreds of lifetimes in the “AI Space” :grin:. I spend quite a bit of time doing AI research and tinkering with AI tools., and can barely keep up.

Soon, no one will want to type to chat to a bot on a website, and find it frustrating since they know voice is possible, because they are using it elsewhere. Voice chat is definitely now the entry level standard of AI Chatbots. We love Elfsight, and I am grateful there are over 10 features already in development. However, we must please our Clients and meet our own professional, and business demands in very competitive spaces. I am looking forward to this feature, and will make use of all the existing features for as long as I can.

  • :speaking_head::loudspeaker: Community, please :prayer_beads:up vote :white_check_mark: this feature.

Also, please check out all the Other Wishlist features I’m championing :gem_stone: , add your comments, and up vote them too :white_check_mark:

Thank you in advance :busts_in_silhouette::busts_in_silhouette::busts_in_silhouette:……

Kind regards,

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts, @Master_Web!

Couldn’t agree more, the world is progressing by leaps and bounds, and we’ve got to adjust to changes to stay competitive and keep providing up-to-date service.

I’ve shared your comment with the team so they can to pay closer attention to this request and, if possible, prioritize it. Although I cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to add this request to our roadmap soon, we’ll be happy to post an update here if we have any news :slight_smile:

Thanks a lot for helpings us!
