I see you currently working on the feature that lets users switch from AI bot to the other channels like WhatsApp, Contact via Email, etc. via redirect.
However, it would be great to add an option to switch from AI Bot to the so-called ‘Help Bot’ and continue talking to sales staff right in the AI Chatbot widget, without any redirect to other services. So staff members should be able to join the AI Chatbot window and continue talking to clients instead of AI.
