Currently there is no way to connect the All-in-One Chat widget to the AI Chatbot. However, the AI Chatbot widget lets you add buttons with the links to your social channels (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.) You can find more info about this feature in this post - AI Chatbot: Let users take specific actions right in the chat and contact human! 🔥.
As for adding a real human agent to the conversion, this is a truly great idea, but at the same time really complex for implemention. I see you’ve already found and upvoted this Wishlist idea.
