Hi There,

We have multiple Agents that are available at different times of the day. Although your service is much more clean and accessible than the competitors, they do offer that service and could be a reason to change back to them. Would love this feature to be implemented

I totally share your opinion that the opportunity to add multiple agents would be beneficial for many users.

We already have such a request in the Wishlist, and I’ve moved your comment there too. All the updates will be posted in this thread.

Supporting that request! I am just wondering how it would be implemented. With a previous specialised chat service company for our website chat, the chat would automatically revert to the person that picked up first, and then automatically add the correct agent profile in the header. If such a thing is possible, that would make this app a serious contender against the specialised services!
