  • Issue description: I’m exploring whether the ElfSight AI chatbot can be integrated with other chat platforms by using it as the engine for a different chatbot interface. Essentially, I want to connect ElfSight’s AI capabilities to another chat platform so that it powers the conversation there. Has anyone done this or knows if it’s technically possible?

Currently, it’s impossible to integrate the functionality of our widget into 3rd-party chatbots.

Do I get it right that the only you’d like to change is the widget’s interface? If this is the case, please send me a screenshot of the desired result. I’ll be happy to check if this customization is feasible :slightly_smiling_face:
