An AI chatbot that forwards to Whatsapp if a customer requests to talk to a human agent

I am glad to say that this option is already available in the AI Chatbot! You just need to add a Contact Human skill on the Skills tab:
Then add a WhatsApp Contact button and enable the Visitor Asks to Talk to a Human trigger:
