I like to offer collecting customer data if my chatbot is unable to answer a question. So in this case the user is asked to enter their contact details so that someone from the office contacts them with correct information.

I’d also like to note that we’re currently working on the “Switching to Human interaction” feature, which might be helpful for your use case.
With one of the possible setup, the chatbot will send the contact buttons (for example, WhatsApp button) if the assistant can’t answer a question.
