Your proposal of whataspp is arriving to be “old” compared to others with bot or IA.
It would be great to upgrade it in IA

Hello Max,
If possible before sending the whatapp message, i would like a bot who send at the final to one real person.
Ex one if the custumer ask simple questions, that the bpot can already answer. Ex are you open monday ? Where is your location ? what time is opening the restaurant…
=> configure some questions => then when the bot can not respond => to real person.
IA too can help : ex what will be the weather in guadeloupe in mars ?

maybe it can be linked to ai so that it can send a simple message to their whatsapp, just to see if they reply and figure out which leads are good

With other providers I have found that if you use AI and WhatsApp as a chatbot you cannot message manually anymore on your phone.
Don’t know if this is true but it would be great to have both, if it is not a limitation set by the WhatsApp API
