I would love to see a chat widget that starts off with AI then an operator could intercept the chat. The AI widget is a great screener for people on our site. But it would be neat to have the opportunity to jump in the conversation.

I am glad to say that a similar functionality is available in the AI Chatbot app!
Users can start chatting with the AI agent and if it can’t provide an answer or the situtation requires a human intervention, you can send contact buttons redirecting to different channels like WhatsApp, Telegram, Email, etc.

Passing a chat to a real human right in the widget isn’t feasible now, but we have this idea on the Wishlist. Feel free to upvote it: Move from AI to human interaction right in the AI Chatbot window
