It would be nice to offer a new Chatbot AI PLUS widget with more powerful AI. Chatbot AI PLUS would be a version that would allow use with increased performance beyond a simple help file.

Currently, our AI Chatbot uses ChatGPT 5-mini language model. Could you please specify what language model you mean under the AI Plus and what additional functionalities should be included there?

The Chatbot AI widget runs on a mini AI, which restricts its ability to formulate relevant responses.
For example, I use Microsoft’s Copilot AI every day for the MTC-qc.ca site, it is more efficient than the mini Chatbot AI.
I ask the same question to AI Chatbot and AI Copilot and Copilot’s answer is very superior to mini AI Chatbot.
In this sense, it would be good to have two options to present to your customers:
Option #1 : Chatbot AI standart with small AI
Option #2 : Chatbot AI Premium or + with more powerful AI.
