Friends, the AI Chatbot widget now runs on a higher GPT-5.4-nano language model! 
This update should help the chatbot give more accurate answers and handle user questions a bit better.

After several tests, our devs decided to switch to the new model to improve reply accuracy.

Preliminary testing at my end reveals the chatbot’s answers, indeed, are not only more accurate but also shorter and address better the visitor’s queries. Thanks for the LLM upgrade!

What does it require in the backend to update to a newer model, change api keys or is it really a custom interface integration? Thank you for this well working widget, really useful!

Currently, there is no way to switch the models in the settings, but we’re planning to switch all users to a higher GPT-5.6-luna model. We’ll share an update in the Changelog once it’s done
