The All-in-One Chat widget serves as an interface that redirect users to specific social channels while the AI Chatbot let users get answers to their questions right in the widget chat window. How do you envision the combination of these 2 functionalities?
Are you going to send the same automated answer for all social channels right in the chat and then redirect users to these social channels?
