It would be helpful if the bubble with 3 dots would animate after it appears indicating that the bot is “thinking”. That seems to happen in most other chat-bots to give the questioner confidence that the bot is developing a reply.

Sal, I just discovered that Max posted this code you can paste in the Custom JS box to make the animation much more noticeable. This makes the animation look just about perfect IMO.
