Please ad an animation to the 3 dots [ … ] after a question was entered
Right now our testers are confused because they don’t know what if the chatbot is reacting or not.
Thanks, Piero
Sounds reasonable! We’ll have it in mind and see for more votes from the community ![]()
I have had the same complaint from my test team. This would be an impactful enhancement.
Got it!

Hello friends! Happy to say that the devs have started working on improving the “thinking” animation logic ![]()
We’ll keep you updated on the progress!
It would be helpful if the bubble with 3 dots would animate after it appears indicating that the bot is “thinking”. That seems to happen in most other chat-bots to give the questioner confidence that the bot is developing a reply.

Thanks. Are you also working on speech-to-text / text-to-speech?
No, but this idea is also on the Wishlist. You can upvote it here

Hey everyone!
We’re happy to inform you that the thinking animation has been improved and 3 dots are moving now, while the bot is generating a response

A post was split to a new topic: Animation isn’t working
Definitely agree. The thinking animation needs to be much more vibrant, perhaps with a sound effect.

Sal, I just discovered that Max posted this code you can paste in the Custom JS box to make the animation much more noticeable.
This makes the animation look just about perfect IMO.
Hi there, @Salvatore_Salvia ![]()
Yep, feel free to try the solution shared by @Paul_D ! Also, I’d like to note that we’re going to introduce different typing animation effects to make the wait feel smoother.
