We have been using elfsight for a while now, and randomly today stopped getting submissions sent to our email. we tried multiple emails, and none of them are getting the submissions. The people submitting them arent even getting the automated messages either. we rely on this form heavily, and not really sure what to do now. we re-coppied the code, updated the form, changed the email, and still nothing.

Rest assured, all submissions are securely stored in your Elfsight account. You can download them directly from your Elfsight account at any time, right here:
We realize the urgency of this situation, and the development team is now working on a fix that should eliminate all errors. After the fix is ready, it will be automatically applied to your widget, you won’t have to do anything on your end.
I will get back to you as soon as I receive any news from the developers.

Hi Max,
I have been using the “contact form” pro app for years. Over the last few days or so, I haven’t been receiving email notifications like I usually do, when someone fills out the form on our website (Select Med Tutors - Contact Us About Medical & USMLE Tutoring). I’ve tested this out, and I can download the forms through a .csv file, but no email notifications are coming through, even to my spam folder. Any idea why this could be, is it a known bug on Elfsight’s end?

I just now started recieving forms again. Not sure if the team fixed it or if that was luck, but i figured I would let you know either way.
Yes, our developers have recently implemented a fix, restoring this functionality.

It may take some time for all submissions to reach designated emails, so please don’t worry if you still haven’t received them so far. You should expect forms entries to arrive within a day.
However, if you haven’t received the submissions by tomorrow evening, please let us know. We’ll be happy to investigate things for you
