Submissions go to Spam and the response option doesn't work

This makes the use of this widget unfeasible, as the visitor responds to the “wrong” email…

Furthermore, this email from “elfsight” ends up in spam in several tests I carried out…

Yes, I totally understand your point!

Actually, some email providers rely on more advanced email sorting tools that determine what should be sent to Spam, and submissions, unfortunately, may end up there too.

To fix this, please mark them as not Spam, and they won’t be delivered there anymore.

Regarding the visitor’s response, the email address you added to your widget will be automatically selected, allowing the visitor to reply directly to that email.

However, if you see the issue on your end, please send me a screenshot of what you see. I’ll be happy to look into this for you :slightly_smiling_face:
