Not receiving emails after submissions

Hi Max, I’m still not receiving the emails after submission. I tried with three different emailaddresses already…

I see that you’ve talked to my colleague Marina in a support ticket and mentioned that there is no redirect to the payment page after sending the submission.

I’ve checked your widget and was successfully redirected to the payment page after submitting the form. As for the submission itself, it was successfully delivered to my email address as well.

Could you please double-check your widget in incognito mode and let me know how it works?

yes the payment method works now. I filled in the form in incognito mode and received only the email on my personal account, not my workaccount.

In this case, I recommend you contact the email provider of the address where you don’t receive the submissions. The reason for this issue is probably the spam filters or any other restrictions on their end.
