I am not receiving any messages from the Form Builder
I have created some forms and do not receive any notifications when customers have filled in one of them. I have already checked everything, the e-mail address is of course correct. I have also contacted my hoster, as it works with email addresses like Gmail. My hoster said that no messages with the address “notifications@forms.elfsightmail.com” have been found in the log files in the last 7 days. Have you experienced this problem?
If the submissions come to a Gmail inbox but still don’t come to the initial email address, we recommend you contact the email provider of the address where you don’t receive the submissions.
The reason for this issue is probably the spam filters or any other restrictions on their end.

It is strange that the recipient does not receive the mails, the sender receives the mails and the blind copy also arrives. Incidentally, the recipient of the blind copy is the same provider as the recipient himself.
We have been experiencing the same issues, its intermittent but we are we don’t revive any of the forms to our email as it is set up to do but it does update the google sheet, if turned on
I’ve tested your form widgets and no issues were detected there. I added my email address as a receiver to test things, and the submission came right away:
Please take the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Double-check that you’ve added your email address correctly.
Check your Spam folder. If any submissions are located there, kindly mark them as “Not Spam.”
Add another email address with a regular Gmail domain to the widget and check how it works.
