Issue with the form details display

Copy of chat forwarded to business email does not contain the information collected by the bot. Good forward step, but there are glitches.

I’ve tested your widget, by adding my email as a receiver and the form details appeared on my end:

Thank you. I did try it again a few times and it does work. I do see one problem. Although Sarah (our chatbot) collected name and number through this new addition, when the person asked for an appointment, she immediately asked for phone number again. When visitor responded, “didn’t I just give you the number?”, she apologized for the inconvenience and still asked the phone number to be entered again.

Either way, it is a big step forward. I am sure you are tweaking it every single day!

I just tested the new version, the email recorded the details correctly and the amended instructions correctly used the first name given.

I have to test it a few more times. It did occur 1 out 3 attempts. But I agree, that sounded like an easy fix if it can consistently work.

Yep, this is a proper solution, AI is still not flawless, and occasional inaccuracies or confusions, unfortunately, may occur depending on the specific context.
