AI Chatbot gives my email in responses

Hi All, I am using the AI Chatbot and it is a fantastic help on my website. Saving a lot of time manually answering customer enquiries.

The only problem I have which I can’t seem to fix. Is it gives my email address in responses. Even though in the Q & A training section. I add to contact us via the contact form if they need one on one help. I’m not sure how to fix this.

If anyone has and ideas I would be grateful.

If you don’t want the chatbot to provide your email address, just remove it from the Instruction:
